1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Solidio-Service s. r. o. respects the privacy of every visitor to the solid-clean.sk website. The following information pertains to the type of data collected and the methods of its use. Solidio-Service s. r. o. collects, processes, and uses personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic and only to the extent technically necessary.
2. COLLECTION, USE, AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Solidio-Service s. r. o. only collects personal data for which the user has provided voluntary consent for processing and utilization (which can be revoked at any time). By giving consent, the user also agrees to the following conditions for the processing of personal data:
Upon opening the solid-clean.sk website, certain data is automatically stored for the purpose of internal statistics. This data includes the duration of the website visit, page views, page navigation paths, the name of the Internet service provider, the version of your browser software, the operating system of the computer used to access my website, geographic data, and the websites you used to access my website. The source of usage data is Google Analytics service (more about this service in point 4). Such data may be used for the purpose of analyzing the use of the website and services, but always without using any data related to specific individuals. Such data is used only if provided anonymously. The legal basis for this processing is consent and our legitimate interests – monitoring and improving my website and services.
If you voluntarily provide us with personal data through the contact form on the solid-clean.sk website, we will use this data solely for communication and potential price quotations. These data will not be used, processed, or transferred to a third party beyond the limitations of legal regulations or beyond those you specified in your consent declaration. We will provide your personal data only if required by a court decision or other decision of public authorities.

Ing. Filip Vlčák (the person responsible for data protection) will delete stored data after the period prescribed by law, if you revoke your consent for storage, or if your data is no longer needed. You have the right to revoke your consent for processing or utilization of your personal data with future effect at any time. To do so, simply send an email to solidclean@solidclean.sk or a letter to Sputniková 14, 821 02 Bratislava.
6. PUBLIC REGISTER OF PROCESSING

Intended purpose of data collection, processing, or utilization: The purpose of the activity is internet marketing, including website optimization for search engines, internet advertising, and website creation. The purpose of collecting, processing, and using personal data is to analyze the use of the website and use statistics for the purpose of providing better services. Personal data (from the contact form) is also collected, processed, and used for communication and potential price quotations.
Description of groups of affected persons and relevant data or categories of data: Data related to customers (visitors), suppliers, and service providers – to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose mentioned in point 6. (4).
Recipients or categories of recipients to whom data may be made available/notified: Public authorities, health insurance companies, and others in the presence of relevant legal regulations, external suppliers in accordance with §11 BDSG, and external service providers to fulfill the purpose mentioned in point 6. (4).
Regular data deletion period: Data is deleted after the expiration of legal deadlines. Data not covered by these provisions will be deleted if the purpose mentioned in point 6. (4)
7. YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
You have the right to access information that is already provided by this information page with the principles of personal data processing.
Thanks to the right of access, you can request us at any time, and we will provide you within 30 days with information about what personal data we process and why.
If anything changes or if any of your personal data becomes outdated or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and amend your personal data.
You can exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, you think we are processing it unlawfully, but you do not want all the data to be deleted, or if you raise an objection to processing. You can restrict the scope of personal data or processing purposes. (For example, unsubscribing from a newsletter restricts the processing purpose for sending commercial notifications.)
Right to Data Portability
If you wish to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when using the right of access, with the difference that we will provide you with the information in machine-readable format. We need at least 30 days for this.
Another right you have is the right to erasure (the right to be forgotten). We don’t want to forget about you, but if you wish, you have the right to it. In such a case, we will delete all your personal data from the system, as well as from the systems of all partial processors and backups. We need 30 days to ensure the right to erasure.
In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, such as the need to keep tax documents for the period prescribed by law. In such cases, we will delete all personal data not governed by other laws. We will inform you by email about the completion of erasure.
Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you believe that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time. We would greatly appreciate it if you could first inform us about your suspicion so that we can take action and rectify any mistakes.
